Information for KLOW Blend

The KLOW blend is a research formulation combining GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC 157, and KPV, each selected for its distinct biochemical role in molecular and tissue-level investigations. GHK-Cu facilitates gene expression studies related to oxidative stress and ECM regulation (Pickart et al. 2015), TB-500 supports cytoskeletal and angiogenic modeling (Rahaman et al. 2024), BPC 157 provides a proteolytically stable platform for analyzing angiogenesis, collagen dynamics, and tissue distribution (Józwiak et al. 2025; Seiwerth et al. 2021), and KPV is implicated in the inhibitory mechanism of pro-inflammatory cytokine expression, largely investigated in intestinal research (Dalmasso et al. 2008; Land 2012; Xiao et al. 2017).
