Information for Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that selectively activates ghrelin receptors to stimulate growth hormone release with minimal impact on other endocrine pathways (Adeghate & Ponery 2004; Greenwood-Van Meerveld et al. 2012). In vivo studies in rodents have shown that ipamorelin enhances bone mineral content through increased bone size and supports gastrointestinal motility via cholinergic mechanisms (Svensson et al. 2000; Greenwood-Van Meerveld et al. 2012).
